Practice with help

I’ll demonstrate an approach, then you’ll try it on your computer. We’ll check the answer, work through mistakes, and save instructions for next time.

    We’ll discuss your tools, any AI you’ve tried, and a recurring job you want to improve. We’ll estimate how long it takes now.

    We’ll open a task in your existing tools and work through it together. I’ll have example materials ready if you prefer.

    Use the follow-up call to ask questions or try the task again with help. If you’ve used it at work, we can review how it went.

On-site visits in Spokane and Coeur d’Alene by arrangement. The package price covers one person or a group of up to five. We’ll confirm the location, attendees, and any travel charge before booking; ask about remote sessions if you’re farther away. Software subscriptions and applicable tax are additional. Scope and payment terms are agreed in writing before paid work.

We’ll compare the current task with the new approach, including the time spent checking answers. Then you can decide whether the training and software costs are worthwhile.

About the sessions

I haven’t used AI before. Is this for me?

Yes. We can start with opening a tool, asking a useful question, and checking the answer. If you already use AI, we’ll start with what is and isn’t working for you.

Which tools will we use?

We’ll start with what you already have, which might include ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or another tool. You don’t need to buy a subscription before the first call. Any software costs are separate and agreed with you.

What does the $250 include?

A 30-minute planning call, a two-hour on-site working session for one person or a group of up to five, a short set of instructions to keep, and a 30-minute follow-up call. We agree on the task, attendees, location, and any travel charge before booking. Any applicable tax is additional.

Can I book training for my team?

Yes. Sessions can be one-to-one or with an office group of up to five people. The $250 starter price covers the group. We’ll agree on a shared task and check everyone’s experience with AI during the planning call.

What happens after the first session?

You’ll have a short guide to keep. Use the included follow-up for questions, more practice, or a review of how it went at work. There’s no homework to complete before we talk. After that, a 45-minute call is $75 when you need one. There’s no monthly commitment.

Will you build and run software for us?

This offer is for teaching and advice. You work in your own accounts and learn how to repeat the task. Custom software, ongoing system administration, and doing the work on your behalf are outside this package.

Can we use real business information?

Yes. On site, we can use your existing invoices, spreadsheets, or other files in tools you already have, where you’re comfortable and authorized to use that information. We’ll check what’s appropriate for the tool before uploading anything. If you’re unsure about AI or would rather keep personal or sensitive information out, I’ll provide example materials. You don’t need to prepare anything or send records ahead of time.
